Job Satisfaction of Teacher’s in Government and Non-Government Schools

Abstract
At present, job satisfaction of teachers and teachers is a very important psychological problem. It is important not only from the point of view of the students but from the point of view of the whole education. Therefore, the importance of job satisfaction of teachers in the learning process is increasing day by day. In the present research study, the job satisfaction of teachers in government and non-government higher secondary schools has been studied. 200 teachers have been selected in the form of jurisprudence, out of which 100 were government teachers and 100 were teachers of non-government higher secondary schools. To study the job satisfaction of teachers, "Teacher Job Satisfaction Scale" developed by Saxena has been used. T-test test was used to examine the difference in job satisfaction of government and non-government teachers. The study found that the job satisfaction of the teachers of government schools is significantly higher than the job satisfaction of the teachers of non-government schools.
