Abstract

The word Adivasi or tribe has in itself infinitely unique and wonderful history. Bhil tribal women participate in every task. Representation also works well. Whenever he got a chance, he did his work with full hard work and dedication. But due to lack of illiteracy, women of Bhil tribe experience and face many problems. When she stands for election for the first time, the decision to stand in election is not even her own. Due to some reason, she stands in the election, after that there is a female representative in the post but in reality the male is represented. But gradually these women also start taking decisions on their own and know about their rights.  The researcher has observed many things during the study, how men and women are harassed. They are not allowed to speak for their rights, but once they enter politics, their personality and functioning have changed. The woman who could not go out of the house alone, today she represents the entire region and becomes a participant in politics.
