Abstract

Political leadership paves the way for development, whether it is the leadership of the Panchayat, the state itself or a nation. If the leader is efficient, honest, hardworking and educated, then surely the Ganges of development will flow there and if the leader has the opposite quality, then there will be the possibility of destruction.  Talk of political leadership and development is happening everywhere today, in independent India, efforts have been made to decentralize the system of administration and development at the rural and regional level. As a result of democratic decentralization, all sections of the society have got the opportunity of leadership. Especially the backward classes have got the opportunity in the direction of leadership. The talk of political and leadership is happening everywhere today. The world is divided into many camps today, yet the development of human resource is the most important, even if there is no other material resources etc. in the state, a lot can be achieved only through human development
