The field of politics is naturally very difficult. Everyone has to struggle, work hard to make their place in this, but for women this path is even more difficult.  They have to do a lot to move forward in this direction because the number of women leaders in politics is not at the expected level as compared to the population of women. They have representation in the Parliament but their numbers are not increasing at the expected level.
