A Study on Gender Difference of Teachers in Value Teaching Process

Abstract
In the development of values, the attitude of the school, its internal system, the ideal of teachers, mutual cooperation, feelings towards children, etc. are important. If the importance of honesty, mutual cooperation is given in the school, teacher’s present ideals, then there are more possibilities of proper development of values. The fun and well-organized classroom teaching of the school is also very helpful in the development of values. Moral and spiritual elements can be developed more through classroom teaching. The school should develop the habits of thinking in the students; they help in the development of attitude. At the time of teaching, it is necessary for the teachers to keep in mind that various subjects should be related to moral and spiritual elements and the relation of teaching should be established with life. If we see the similarity of teacher and teacher's use of teaching process, then it is clear that giving living example, demonstration, self-construction of meaning, mention of individual, expression of one's thoughts, emphasizing on the functional side, emphasizing on explanation. Appreciation, encouragement and development of dignity of the individual were used almost equally. Whereas the teachers used the process of giving instructions, showing authority and emphasizing the theoretical side more than the teachers.
