Teaching Competence of Education Workers of General and Naxal Affected Areas

Abstract

The Naxal effect is extreme in various districts of Chhattisgarh state, physical, mental health of teachers is getting affected, and their teaching ability is getting affected. Which is having a direct impact on our education system, so in view of this serious problem, research work was done on the present topic “A study on teaching competence of education workers of general area and Naxal affected area”. I for this, 60 general area education workers and 60 Naxalite affected area education workers were taken for the sample. In conclusion, a significant difference was found between the two. Certainly, mental stress, lack of facilities and anxiety were found among the Naxal-affected education workers, which is affecting their teaching ability.
