Comparative Study of Professional Job Satisfaction among Male and Female Teachers

Abstract
The purpose of the present research was to conduct a comparative study of occupational job satisfaction between male and female teachers. 200-200 rural and urban total (400) people were selected as Nyayadarsh from the teachers of "Nakhal and Bhainsau" diet near Kanpur city of Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Pramod Kumar and Dr. D.N. provided using the newly created "Job Satisfaction Questionnaire". The results of the study showed that work satisfaction was found to be higher from teachers as compared to primary level teachers.
