Comparative Study of Personality between Domestic And Working Women

Abstract

The aim of the present study is to find out that there is no difference in the personality of working and non-working women with respect to the major components of personality extroversion and neuropathy. In the present study, 40 non-working and 40 working women have been selected on the basis of objective sample, whose age is 25 years and 35 years. Jalota and S.D. Kapoor's "Isaac Modrusle Personality Scale" has been used. The results of the study revealed that working women have more extroversion and less neuropathy than non-working women.
