Advancement of Women's Empowerment and Women's Literacy

Abstract
For women to get all their rights, it is necessary that they should be educated. So that the development of her personality and the balanced and healthy development of the society is possible, at present there has been a world-wide change regarding the role and contribution of women in the society and the nation, and a favorable environment is being created for development through women empowerment. To improve the condition of women and bring them in the mainstream of national development, the government has designed many socio-economic and health programs. The implementation of which is being done with the joint effort of the Government Nodal Department and NGOs. Studies-analyzes the process of women empowerment by correlating them with changes in their mental awareness, suggestions and thoughts In social upliftment programs, it is known from the study and analysis that if a woman is literate in society and family, she is educated, she is financially self-sufficient, then family and society see her with respect, she is equal to man in the stream of development of the nation. Cooperate and take it forward. Women get confidence in themselves where they are able to bear the expenses of the family.
