Abstract

Development of human resource takes a decisive role in the progress of any nation. Human resources of a nation are formed only when they are actively involved in the economic, social, educational and political development of the country. In such a situation, if any specific group does not play or is not able to play a role in the progress of the country, then this condition of the country is a hindrance in its progress. Despite the major development in the life of the main stream in India, even today the proper development of the citizens and citizens of the tribal areas is still a burning problem. This research paper studies the role of educational institutions in the development of tribal human resource. In this sequence, the relationship between educational status, school education and their quality of life in the tribal area, educational facilities, educational process and the effect of curriculum in the academic achievement of the students has been studied. This research paper is a qualitative study based on the analysis of related research literature.
