Some of them are : like greater outflow of talent from developing countries do developed contries may accelerate the problem of brain-drain. Similarly, unidirectional flow of information from developed countries to developing countries may pose threats to indigenous and traditional knowledge and values. Foreign universities campuses, if produce standard and quality education, talented students of a particular country will be attracted to them neglecting the importance of their own countries’ local institutions and it is also not guaranteed that facilities made available in India by foreign universities will be good standards. More emphasis on English as a medium of instruction may hurt the recent efforts of popularising regional languages as a medium of instruction.
