Abstract

In the modern time, females have broken all boundaries and have taken on the roles of a leader, provider, protector and creator. However, over time, the burden of
responsibilities has had a strong impact on their mental health and physical health. Thus, this study used a descriptive correlational design with the sample of sixty working women to assess the impact of depression, anxiety, and stress on the quality of sleep among the working women. The research concludes that, working women need to take immediate steps to improve their quality of sleep and focus on improving their mental health.
