Abstract
Humans, just like a few other animals, possess the tendency to play as children and even as adults. Play is a source of all kinds of capacities and development required by us, be it social, emotional, physical, emotional, cognitive. Distinct from self-initiated play, play therapy is used as a clinical application of play intended to treat children suffering from trauma, emotional issues, and other problems.
