A Comparative Study of Academic Anxiety among Adolescents

Abstract
The present study was taken to compare the academic anxiety of
adolescents. 100 students studying in class IX of various schools in Durg District
were taken. The data was collected using Academic Anxiety Scale for Children
(AASC). T-test was applied to test the hypothesis. It was concluded that, all
students suffered from academic anxiety. Gender did not affect the academic
anxiety but the type of school had a significant effect.
