The Effect of Gender on Values of Assistant Professors

Abstract

Assistant professors are college teachers in a way. Therefore, the presence of positive values ​​is also expected from them. The question arises whether the presence of values ​​in all assistant professors is the same or is there a difference in them. It is believed that even today women have predominance of positive values ​​in comparison to men. Similarly, theoretical values ​​are seen in greater quantity in men. There was a decrease in aesthetic and religious values ​​in men. Economic, social and political values ​​are of normal level in women assistant professors. He achieved above average level in theoretical values. At the same time, he has shown little interest in religious values. Ultimately it was found that there is no significant difference in the values ​​of female and male assistant professors. Even if there is a difference in some values, it is also negligible.
