Impact of College Autonomy on Teaching Effectiveness of Professors

Abstract
In the present study, an attempt is being made by the researcher to find out what is the effect of college autonomy on the teacher's effectiveness of the professors. Simultaneously, an attempt was also made to know that whether the professors are female or male, what difference does it make on their teaching effectiveness. As a sample, autonomous and non-autonomous colleges of Milai city of Durg district of Chhattisgarh have been selected.
