Effect of Gender on Occupational Stress

Abstract

Through the present study, an attempt was made to find out what is the effect of gender on occupational stress, for this pt. Ravi shankar shukla university. A comparative study of the existing occupational stress among the participants (assistant professors) involved in various programs was conducted in the college of academic staff. Dr. A.k. the occupational stress index prepared by srivastava and Dr. A.V. Singh was taken as the scale. 20-20 female and male participants were included in the study.  The t test was calculated based on the mean and standard deviation. The result showed that there is no significant difference in the occupational stress present between the female and male participants.
